What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate scheduled works across client portfolios, ensuring technicians are deployed efficiently and services are delivered on time.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing daily communications, rescheduling requests, status updates, and follow-ups.
  • Review, organize, and submit compliance documentation, making sure it meets client, internal, and legal standards.
  • Keep work orders and job records accurate and up to date, following service timelines.
  • Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and escalate operational risks when necessary.
  • Contribute to improving scheduling workflows, documentation processes, and client service models.
  • Build your knowledge of fire protection systems, compliance reporting, and essential safety measures.

  • Comfortable using service management platforms or databases.

  • Skilled at navigating systems and managing documents efficiently.
  • Proactive communicator who can coordinate effectively across departments.
