Job Description:

  • Leverage various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Recruit candidates meticulously to ensure alignment with company standards and culture (job posting, paper screen, interview, and endorsement).
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand evolving needs and priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements and skill sets needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the recruitment and operations teams, facilitating communication and coordination.
  • Amenable to submit reports

Qualifications:

  • Possesses at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Demonstrates excellent assessment, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Is capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
