About the role

As the SHS Academic Coordinator - ABE Iloilo at AMA Computer College Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing the academic operations and curriculum development for the Senior High School (SHS) Academic Track - Accountancy, Business and Entrepreneurship (ABE) program in our Iloilo City campus. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and student success within the SHS ABE program.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, implement and monitor the curriculum and academic plan for the program
  2. Oversee the recruitment, training and performance management of teaching staff
  3. Analyze student performance data and implement interventions to support student achievement
  4. Liaise with school administrators, faculty and parents to address any academic concerns
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement.
  7. LPT passer.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an academic coordination or leadership role, preferably in the secondary education sector
  3. Strong knowledge of the Philippine educational system and curriculum standards
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  6. Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence
