Qualifications:

  • College graduate, any business-related courses
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications
  • With good communication skills, both verbal and clerical and team player

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations in coordination with different logistics service providers across the organization.

  2. Oversee trucking fleet operations.

  3. Check weekly forecast per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) to replenish stocks.

  4. Resolve issues and collaborate with other Business Unit (BU) to create coordinated plans for business growth.

  5. Communicate and negotiate with logistics trade and route partners.

  6. Double check with Inventory Control Analyst (ICA) for Delivery Receipt for Promotion (DRP) on stock to SLOC Accuracy. Coordinate with Trade Marketing Group on DRP's needed to be process and check errors.

  7. Monitor un-transmitted invoices and coordinated Logistics Service Provider (LSP) on issue and concern.

  8. Coordinate with CSR and sales partner on delivery concern or outlet concern.

  9. Generate reports needed by Sales, BU and SMILSI as requested.

  10. Facilitate monthly inventory schedule by Business Unit.

  11. Monitor Miscellaneous Sale Invoice (MSI).

  12. Prepares daily CFR, weekly Sales Alignment, and monthly report MOR.

  13. Validate expiration of stocks and create ageing report.

  14. Manage warehouse and oversee cleanliness and proper arrangements.

  15. Provide data to sales for inventory alignment and replenishment.

  16. Task can be reduced or increased based on need with management's prerogative.
