Responsibilities

About the team This team helps fashion marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform.

If you're results-driven, enjoy building relationships, and want to be part of an innovative team, we'd love to have you join us In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and incubate both brands and big marketplace sellers that contribute high GMV share to the total category
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands and sellers, negotiate, and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
  • Craft strategies for managed brands and sellers that can help them grow their sales on TikTok Shops
  • Create opportunities for growth for managed brands and sellers, such as brand days, campaigns, price competitiveness, livestream etc.
  • Maintain service quality standards provided by seller, such as low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components; to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
  • Additional assignment as POC for certain adhoc projects, subjected to business needs of the cluster

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 3-5 years experience in e-commerce industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with sport bands is preferred
  • Has experience with content strategy, specifically on livestream is preferred
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
  • Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
