About the role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Care Professional to join our dynamic team at Fashion Accessories Shop Miyam' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to our Canadian healthcare account.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency
  2. Respond to customer emails, chats and other communications in a timely and effective manner
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, utilising your strong problem-solving skills
  4. Provide product information, process orders and manage returns as needed
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably within a call centre or service-oriented environment
  2. Must have a solid 1 Year Healthcare Experience Handling Eligibility, Claims or Benefits
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and a good command of French would be an asset
  6. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  8. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
