About the role

Fashion Accessories Shop Miyam' is seeking a talented Claims Representative (Healthcare Account) to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, hybrid role, which means you'll have the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As a Claims Representative, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for managing healthcare claims and ensuring our clients receive the support and resolution they need.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and processing healthcare claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicating with clients to gather any additional information required to process claims
  • Resolving client inquiries and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Maintaining detailed documentation and records of all claim activities
  • Identifying and reporting any potential fraud or abuse
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our claims processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 years of experience in a customer service or claims processing role, preferably in the healthcare industry (Eligibility or Benefits is acceptable Also)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including claims processing platforms
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry best practices
