We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Facilities & Procurement Manager to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all company facilities while leading cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (required)
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance, procurement processes, and vendor management
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of all facilities, equipment, and work areas
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance and repair schedules
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and all facility-related compliance requirements (permits, licenses, insurance)
  • Direct end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier evaluation, price negotiation, purchase order approvals, and contract administration
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services at the best value
  • Develop and implement cost-control measures for facilities and procurement operations
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the facilities and procurement team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
