Are you ready to take the lead in driving excellence and compliance?

UNA Tax and Accounting Services are looking for a Operation Manager who will oversee daily operations, manage multiple engagements, and ensure top-notch service delivery while mentoring and growing a high-performing team

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and optimize engagement execution
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive operational efficiency and service excellence
  • Balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight
  • Deliver results that are effective, profitable, and client-focused

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA required; additional certifications (CMA, MBA) are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in audit, tax compliance, or assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing engagements, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency.
