Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient production, quality control, logistics, and customer service for its disinfectant products. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth business operations, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise daily operations including production, inventory, logistics, and distribution of disinfectant products.


• Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems, processes, and best practices.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for disinfectant manufacturing and handling.


• Oversee supply chain management, including procurement of raw materials and coordination with suppliers.


• Monitor and maintain quality standards in coordination with the Quality Control team.


• Manage workforce scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluation.


• Prepare operational reports and present to senior management.


• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to align operational capacity with market demand.


• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives while maintaining product quality and service standards.


• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Support business growth strategies and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations or production management (FMCG, manufacturing, or disinfectant/chemical industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance in disinfectant/chemical handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence.
  • With GMP training Certificate.
