About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operation Manager to join our dynamic team at YSA Dermatology - Dentistry' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and our business runs efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the operations of the practice, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting for the practice
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and equipment
  • Serve as a liaison between the practice and external partners, such as suppliers and regulatory bodies
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry
  • Strong understanding of medical practice operations, including patient scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven insights
  • Proficient in using various software and technology tools to streamline operations
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
