About the Role:

Casterly Ventures Corp. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the company's daily operations. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in computer and laptop operations and will manage key areas such as repairs, assessments, and data security operations to ensure efficient and secure business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure all departments function efficiently.
  • Supervise and monitor computer and laptop repairs, assessments, and maintenance.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with data security protocols and system integrity.
  • Develop, implement, and review standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead and support operational staff to meet company goals and deadlines.
  • Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong background in computer and laptop operations, including troubleshooting and system management.
  • Knowledge and experience in repairs, technical assessment, and data security.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with management systems or ERP tools.
