We are seeking a skilled and versatile E-commerce Product & Listings Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our product pages across multiple platforms—including our primary Shopify store, upcoming international sites, and key marketplace partners like Macy's and Nordstrom. A core focus will be on creating compelling product experiences, enhancing visibility, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless online customer journey. Advanced technical proficiency in both front-end product page construction and back-end data management is essential. You will work 40 hours per week during American business hours and be paid on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and optimize product pages on Shopify and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals, persuasive copy, and strong SEO fundamentals.

  • Utilize advanced Excel formulas and data analysis to manage inventory, analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for listing improvements and sales growth.

  • Execute the launch of new products, marketing campaigns, and promotions across all digital storefronts.

  • Ensure compliance with platform-specific policies and e-commerce best practices.

  • Conduct A/B testing on product page elements (e.g., descriptions, images, layouts) to improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and international teams in the US and Europe to align on strategy and execution.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing product pages on Shopify; experience with other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for e-commerce.

  • Experience in the fashion/apparel industry is required.

  • Experience with Disco, CommerceHub, Mirakl, or similar marketplace/dropshipping platforms

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
