Position: E-commerce Logistics Specialist

We are urgently seeking a skilled E-commerce Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in managing logistical operations, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Oversee domestic and international shipments and inventory through third-party logistics (3PL).
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer service (CS) inquiries related to shipping in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Manage Shopify-based B2C and B2B orders efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years managing e-commerce logistics operations.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in business English, with strong email communication abilities.
  • International Trade: Hands-on experience in export/import operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel knowledge.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience managing Shopify stores.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Additional Platforms: Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
  • Educational Background: Degree or experience in trade-related fields.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and communicate insights using data-driven analysis.
  • Language Skills: Strong English language skills; proficiency in Korean is a plus.

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US-Time, with flexibility.
  • hours per week.
  • We seek a dedicated, full-time professional for a long-term commitment of over two years.
