Product Lister – E-commerce (Fully Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Pay: US$5.00–US$6.00 per hour

Work Location: Fully Remote

Eligible Locations: the Philippines

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Lister to support our e-commerce operations by creating and maintaining accurate product listings across online platforms. This is a fully remote role for candidates with e-commerce listing experience and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and similar e-commerce systems
• Enter and verify product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, categories, and images
• Perform bulk product uploads using spreadsheets or CSV files
• Review listings for accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines
• Update existing listings and correct errors as needed
• Maintain organized product data and documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of e-commerce product listing experience
• Strong English speaking and written communication skills
• Experience using Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or comparable platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and product data
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and availability during EST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume or bulk product uploads
• Familiarity with CSV templates and listing tools
• Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO
