Job Description

Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Join our growing e-commerce team and work from home while helping us manage and expand our online catalog.

This full-time position focuses on creating and maintaining product listings, filing reimbursement claims, organizing product data, and analyzing performance. It's ideal for someone with experience in data entry, accounting, or e-commerce operations who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST (some flexibility)

Location: Remote Open to Worldwide Candidates

Compensation: $6 per hour

Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor

Position Summary

  • Input, organize, and extract data from various Excel spreadsheets
  • Create and publish accurate, compliant product listings for online sale
  • Research and verify product details to ensure brand and compliance accuracy
  • Review, organize, and select product images for listings
  • Write clear, keyword-rich product descriptions using SEO best practices
  • Identify and resolve listing or data errors across digital marketplaces
  • File and track reimbursement claims
  • Conduct keyword and competitive research to improve product visibility

Position Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Quiet workspace suitable for a desktop computer with dual monitors
  • Comfortable using multiple web-based programs simultaneously
  • Capable of managing large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general PC operations
  • Comfortable with repetitious tasks and able to maintain accuracy
  • Flexible and team-oriented
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and apply basic reasoning skills
