The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources department, ensuring that all HR operations align with company goals and comply with labor laws. The role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and policy implementation to support organizational growth and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Coordinate training and development initiatives.

- Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
