About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Cavite Calabarzon. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time role with opportunities to work in a dayshift or midshift schedule.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
  2. Providing accurate information and updates to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of best practices
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  4. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
  5. Preferably with previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
