About the role

As a Call Center Agent - Financial Account at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Antipolo City Rizal, and will involve handling inbound customer inquiries and addressing their financial-related concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance on financial products and services
  3. Process customer transactions, such as account updates, payments, and other financial-related tasks
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
