About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our team at Agvill Resources Inc' in Antipolo City Rizal. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and providing prompt and courteous service
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service
  • Following established policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
