About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at the Victorian Placement Agency' in Cavite Calabarzon. This full-time position will involve providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients over the phone. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listening to customer concerns and queries, and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Continuously improving your product and industry knowledge to provide the best possible support

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
