About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior System Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide first-line support for users, assist with system administration tasks, and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of system administration and IT support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Manage and respond to incoming support tickets through a helpdesk platform.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Support Office 365 user management including mailbox setup, license assignments, and Teams/SharePoint access.
  • Handle account creation, password resets, and access management through Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Provide basic HubSpot support, including user management, permissions, and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Manage VoIP user accounts (setup, extensions, call routing, and troubleshooting).
  • Document issues, solutions, and processes in the IT knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or system administrators.
  • Monitor system performance and report irregularities.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and perform routine updates.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience as aJunior System Support Specialist
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 administration (managing users, licenses, and services).
  • Experience using ticketing/helpdesk systems to track and resolve support requests.
  • Knowledge of VoIP systems (user management, extensions, and call troubleshooting).
  • Understanding of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM administration and user support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Previous internship or IT support experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php47,000.00 per month
