About the role
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team at City Garden Hotel Makati. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's dining operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage the food and beverage team, including servers, and bartenders.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of menus, promotions, and special events
- Ensure consistently high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory and procurement, maintaining optimal stock levels
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to align food and beverage operations with the overall business strategy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a diverse team of food and beverage professionals
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and inventory management
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyse data to drive informed decision-making
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to deliver a consistently high-quality guest experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
