About the Role

We're looking for a GoHighLevel Automation & CRM VA who can keep automations running smoothly, leads moving efficiently, and events packed. If you know your way around workflows, pipelines, and email/SMS campaigns—and love a tidy dashboard—this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own everything GHL: automations, triggers, tags, forms, emails, and calendars.
  • Keep certification events updated (Zoom links, dates, reminders, and pipelines).
  • QA campaigns to ensure perfect flow for AU/US time zones.
  • Maintain clean data—no duplicates, messy tags, or broken links.
  • Monitor deliverability and make small optimizations that boost engagement.
  • Make friendly confirmation calls to increase show-up rates.
  • Track key numbers weekly: sign-ups, bookings, attendance, deliverability.
  • Update SOPs and prepare systems for future regional launches.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of real GHL experience (not just tutorials).
  • Confident communicator—on calls, in chat, and in email.
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience handling appointments, calendars, or customer touchpoints.
  • Comfortable working across time zones (AU/US).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Meta ad tracking and UTM hygiene.
  • Light testing experience (subject lines, send times, etc.).
  • Content scheduling know-how inside GHL.
