Own the automation, systems and performance of exyt’s operational backbone. You’ll design, build and optimise the digital infrastructure that powers a fast-scaling, multi-system ecosystem (GHL, Monday.com, Zapier, Stripe, Google Suite etc.). This is a senior-level, impact-heavy role – not for tinkerers. You’ll be the authority on automation, integration and digital enablement. We don’t hire dabblers or ‘try-my-best’ freelancers. We hire systems thinkers who run operations like engineers, not like admins. We’re exyt™, and we move fast, scale hard and demand precision. You Think in systems, build for scale, and automate for leverage. Have battle-tested GHL experience. You’ve built from scratch, scaled to hundreds of users, and maintained performance across live campaigns without drop-off. Manage stripe subscriptions, payment links and recurring billing automations across client accounts with accuracy and accountability. Understand cross-system integration between Monday.com, GHL, Zapier, Stripe, Google Suite and CRM/web platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.). Design infrastructure that connects marketing, sales, coaching and ops into one frictionless ecosystem. Are the bridge between chaos and clarity. Lead tech onboarding for new staff, ensuring their systems, accounts and permissions are correctly set up from day one. Implement and maintain UTM tracking, ad pixels, and analytics for accurate attribution across Facebook, Google and internal campaigns. Are obsessed with data integrity, clean process flow and uptime. Document everything, test everything and deliver enterprise-grade reliability across every automation, workflow and system you touch. Take full ownership of the tech and systems landscape for every process, every build, every result. What you’ll own Design and maintain integrated system maps linking all operational tools (Monday.com, GHL, Zapier, Stripe, Google Suite, etc.) Build, test and deploy automations across marketing, sales, onboarding, finance and coaching departments. Architect multi-pipeline GHL systems with advanced tagging, attribution tracking, form mapping and workflow segmentation. Manage API integrations, data hygiene, and payment workflows, ensuring no duplicates, no dead zaps, no chaos. Lead automation testing, version control and system redundancy protocols. Perform weekly QA and monthly system audits with optimisation reports. Analytics + Reporting Design dashboards for operational visibility across GHL, Stripe, Monday.com and coaching metrics. Ensure dashboards sync in real time and reflect true data accuracy. Collaborate with operations and finance on data-driven decision systems. Maintain uptime of tracking, attribution and reporting workflows. Innovation + Enablement Research and recommend new tools, stacks and automations aligned to best practice. Implement AI-driven systems (data tagging, automated reporting, smart triggers). Continuously refine the tech stack to reduce manual input and improve scalability. Train and upskill team members in systems use and automation best practices. Support web page and landing page builds through GHL and WordPress integrations. Documentation + Compliance Maintain detailed SOPs for all systems, automations and configurations. Implement access control, user permissions and security best practices. Ensure backups, redundancy and failover systems are always in place. Run quarterly system health audits and recommend improvement pathways. KPIs that Matter, and Yours to Own System uptime > 99% Automation success rate > 98% Turnaround time for new builds < 72h Reporting accuracy > 98% Cost efficiency per automation improved quarterly System documentation completeness = 100% You’ll Work With Operations team to ensure systems stability + reporting accuracy Founder to align systems strategy with company growth Coaching + marketing teams to support campaigns, member data and tracking Finance to connect revenue flows between Stripe, GHL and dashboards Requirements 5+ years experience in systems or IT automation roles Battle-tested GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise, including API, snapshots, multi-location management and custom triggers Advanced experience in Monday.com, Zapier, Stripe, Google Suite and CRM integration Strong understanding of data structure, webhooks and API logic Background in business process automation or SaaS system design Experience building scalable automation frameworks (not just one-off zaps) Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals for web troubleshooting Capable of documenting systems to enterprise standards Able to diagnose and fix bugs fast (you don’t wait for help, you fix it) Compensation Base salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 80,000 (depending on experience) Remote: yes This Is For You If You Have built enterprise-level automations or managed multi-system architecture before Can explain complex logic simply and clearly Thrive on solving problems at speed Want to be in a company that values performance over politics Take pride in building systems that just work - clean, fast and reliable Love being the go-to for systems, strategy and scalability Are ready to lead the charge on tech innovation for a company scaling from 60 to 250+ members Start Immediate.
