Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm EST with 30 minutes paid break

About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Automation Specialist to design, build, and manage intelligent workflows that help clients streamline operations through automation and AI-driven tools. You'll work with dynamic businesses across North America to implement solutions such as chatbots, voice automation, and CRM integrations that enhance productivity and improve customer experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Vapi, Retell, GoHighLevel, , Zapier, and other no-code/low-code tools.
  • Translate client business needs into detailed automation maps (e.g., AI workflows, Voice AI agents, call routing, SMS/email triggers, CRM integrations).
  • Onboard new clients by setting up sub-accounts, configuring automations, uploading data (scripts, FAQs), testing flows, and delivering live solutions.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for active clients—respond to workflow issues, troubleshoot automation logic, escalate technical/API problems to developers, and ensure system stability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, admin, and development) to manage setup timelines, coordinate hand-offs, and deliver weekly progress updates.
  • Create and maintain documentation, templates, and playbooks to standardize onboarding and automation processes.
Compensation & Incentives
In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll be eligible for a performance-based incentive plan tied to successful client onboarding, retention, and the number of active client accounts you manage. Full details will be shared during onboarding.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel, , Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of workflow logic, including triggers, pipelines, webhooks, CRM integrations, and conditional automation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical setups to non-technical clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client setups and support tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a self-starter attitude.
  • Bonus skills: experience with voice/telephone integrations, chatbots, SaaS automations, Google Sheets, Slack, or ClickUp.
