Role Overview We’re seeking a tech-savvy N8N Workflow & Automation Specialist who thrives on building seamless systems that save time and eliminate manual work. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing smart automations across multiple platforms — connecting tools like GoHighLevel, Instantly, LinkedIn, Canva, Airtable, and AI applications. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment serving clients in the MedTech and digital marketing industries. Key Responsibilities Build and manage automated workflows using N8N, Make (Integromat), or Zapier. Connect CRMs, communication tools, and AI platforms to streamline business operations. Automate lead management, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and social media posting. Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure reliable automation performance. Recommend process improvements and tool integrations based on client needs. Collaborate with the founder and internal teams to identify new automation opportunities. Set up chatbots and AI-assisted automations to improve client engagement. Maintain clear documentation for all workflows and system updates. Mandatory Skills Proven hands-on experience with N8N, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar tools. Strong understanding of CRM systems, especially GoHighLevel. Familiarity with AI tools such as Instantly, Hermes, CloseBot, or SynthFlow. Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Broad understanding of AI and automation tools to recommend practical client solutions. Preferred Skills Experience creating or managing GoHighLevel automations. Knowledge of JavaScript or API-based integrations. Experience automating social media content scheduling and posting. Prior work in sales, marketing, or customer service automation. Background serving MedTech, SaaS, or digital marketing clients.
