Responsible for managing and optimizing online store operations to maximize sales and profitability. This includes overseeing product listings, platform accounts, marketing efforts, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Manage inventory, select products for listing, and define pricing strategies.
- Account Management: Maintain visually appealing and user-friendly online stores; ensure SEO and conversion optimization.
- Marketing & Advertising: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) to drive traffic and sales.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, evaluate campaign results, and provide actionable insights and reports to management.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with graphic artists for product descriptions, images, and video content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing
- Proficient in Excel and analytics tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and online marketing strategies
- Knowledge of inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and payment processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience with digital content creation and coordination with creatives
