  • Proficient in documenting interview proceedings and creating clear audit reports
  • Skilled in using digital tools including ROS Portal and ACL reports for documentation and process tracking
  • Ability to explain ROS control requirements and their corresponding control objectives
  • Capable of discussing stocktake results and recommending process improvements to internal stakeholders
  • Experience in conceptualizing and proposing improvements to the audit process using digital initiatives
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to support regional leaders in delivering audit activities efficiently

Job Description

The Audit Supervisor for Sales and Operations Audit provides reliable, independent, and objective assessments of store operations. The role contributes value as both assurance and consulting provider through a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving internal controls, risk management, and governance. The Supervisor handles simple to complex store audits and stocktake activities, primarily within a specific region, and is equipped to support digital transformation efforts in audit functions.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement risk assessment to prioritize work schedules based on risk level and defined criteria
  • Assist the Audit Manager in planning, preparation, and resource management to ensure timely delivery of audit activities
  • Perform efficient sales operations audit activities, identify control weaknesses, and document sufficient evidence
  • Discuss audit findings and actionable recommendations with store personnel
  • Use digital resources such as ACL reports and ROS Portal to support audit documentation and activity tracking
  • Review and validate store audit and stocktake results, ensuring proper documentation and issuance of compliance ratings
  • Coordinate and follow up on the timely resolution of control issues, engaging relevant team members and participating in discussions
  • Conduct refresher sessions to enhance awareness and compliance with ROS standards
  • Support other audit engagements and assignments as required
