Job Descriptions:

  • Oversees and supervises the collection activities of the department covering individual, company, HMO, and corporate accounts. Ensures timely follow-up, accurate posting of payments, and proper documentation in compliance with hospital policies and financial procedures. Provides guidance and training to staff, prepares consolidated reports, and coordinates closely with internal and external stakeholders to support revenue realization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (oral and written in English and Tagalog)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting systems (SAP)
  • Practical experience as a Collection Supervisor: Billing and processing accounts. Maintaining accounting ledgers(Aging AR, credit and billing). Performing reconciliations with insurance providers. Knowledge of the overall collections, and credit management process(Promissory Notes).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
