About the Role

As an HR Generalist (Compensation & Benefits), you will be responsible for administering statutory and internal benefits, processing employee requests, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting C&B initiatives across the organisation. Your work will directly contribute to employee satisfaction, compliance, and smooth HR operations.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent degree
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures and statutory benefit processes
  • At least 1 year of experience in compensation & benefit documentation and report generation
  • Highly analytical, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive
  • Amenable to work in our Cebu site: IT Park, Cebu City
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Handling statutory benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
  • Managing internal company benefits and programs
  • Processing employee loans, allowances, premiums, and benefit-related requests
  • Administering company-wide rewards such as Service Awards
  • Managing COE generation and release
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external government agencies
  • Responding to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
