About the role

JB Elite Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Head to join our growing team in Carmona, Cavite. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations for the company, ensuring financial processes and reporting are efficient and compliant. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work on-site.

What you'll be doing

Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and month-end closings Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other management reports Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements Manage the finance team, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and controls Support the CFO and other senior leaders with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects

What we're looking for

Qualified accountant with 8 years of progressive experience in a similar role, ideally within the Accounting industry Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong understanding of Financial Accounting & Reporting practices and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the finance team Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently to solve complex problems
