About the role

JB Elite Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to join our growing team in Carmona, Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations, contributing to the company's strategic objectives and ensuring financial compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee tax compliance and liaise with auditors
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies
  • Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
  • Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting or Finance Manager, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
