The Opportunity

Novomed, Inc.' is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team in Carmona Cavite. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall accounting operations of our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and data entry
  2. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  3. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  4. Conduct inventory counts and maintain asset registers
  5. Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data
  7. Comply with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  7. Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
