Patient Navigation

  • Assist patients and families in understanding admission, consultation, diagnostic, treatment, and discharge processes.
  • Guide patients to the appropriate departments, clinics, or service points.
  • Coordinate with various hospital units to facilitate smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.
  • Provide personalized navigation for VIP patients, celebrities, and referrals from other business units to ensure fast-tracked access to services and prioritized scheduling.

Customer Service & Patient Relations

  • Respond to patient inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate resolution of service-related issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Patient and Customer Experience Manager.
  • Ensure patients are informed of their rights, responsibilities, and available hospital services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive cases involving VIPs and high-profile patients, ensuring security, privacy, and comfort at all times.

Support & Coordination

  • Assist in completing hospital forms, PhilHealth documentation, and other administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with billing, admitting, and social service units to address financial assistance, payment arrangements, or benefit inquiries.
  • Liaise with nursing and medical staff to relay patient feedback and service improvement suggestions.
  • Serve as the key liaison for patients referred from other business units, ensuring continuity of care, smooth handover of medical records, and coordinated service delivery.

Advocacy and Education

  • Educate patients and families about hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Support patient participation in hospital wellness, health education, and feedback programs.
  • Advocate for service excellence and premium care standards, particularly in the management of VIP and inter-branch referral cases
