This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Billing Analyst, Customer Care. You will provide customer service and help regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers. 

• Assist Customers via Calls and Chat. Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customers regarding their billing concerns . 

• Great Customer Service. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

• Price Variance Calculation. Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.

• Managing Assigned Billing Cases. Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory. 

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service oriented positions

• Knowledge of Billing procedures with great customer service focus

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Billing Process: Proficient in reconciling and reviewing disputed invoices. Knowledgeable about Price Variance Calculation and capable of calculating price variances for incorrect customer billing.

• Multi-tasking and Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented approach. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers, maintaining a high customer service focus.

• Night Shift. Willing to work the night shift.

• Hybrid Work set-up. Willing to work in a hybrid setup days in office per month, in Cubao or Ortigas).
