Schedule: Full-time | Tuesday to Saturday | 8 hours/day | EST Shift


About the Role:

We're seeking a Billing Virtual Assistant to support our Credit Repair operations. This role involves managing client billing tasks, handling payment-related inquiries, and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently, speaks with clarity and minimal accent, and brings a strong background in sales or client-facing roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and payment processing for clients
  • Handle inquiries related to payments, invoices, or billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Assist in following up with clients regarding overdue or pending payments
  • Support the team in improving billing workflow efficiency

Non-Negotiables:

  • Confidence with minimal filler words
  • Clear English (little to no accent)
  • Sales experience required
  • Consistent attendance for the Tuesday–Saturday EST shift
