What You'll Do

As our Documentation and Liaison Assistant, you'll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly, focusing on crucial documentation and external coordination.

  • Handle Essential Documentation:
    You'll prepare, organize, and process a variety of critical documents, including contracts, title transfers, annotations, and permits. This also involves working with bank and HDMF (Pag-IBIG) loans and mortgages.
  • Navigate Government Processes:
    You'll be our representative in transacting with various government bodies such as HDMF (Pag-IBIG), CTO, City Assessor's Office, ROD, BIR, City Engineer's Office, and HLURB.
  • Support Team Workflow:
    You'll assist the team with their daily workflow and take on other assigned tasks to ensure our operations are efficient and effective.

  • Educational Background:
    A
    College Degree
    , ideally in
    BS Real Estate Management or any Business course
    .
  • Relevant Experience:
    At least
    1 year of actual work experience
    as a documentation, processing, or liaison officer, specifically related to real estate transactions.
  • Personal Qualities:
    You should be
    trustworthy, well-organized, flexible, and capable of multitasking
    . A pleasing personality and good moral character are also important.
  • Resilience Under Pressure:
    You can
    work effectively under pressure
    and consistently meet targets and deadlines.
  • Location:
    You must be
    amenable to work in Lipa City
    .
