This job can be based out of any of the following sites; Alabang, Paranaque, Cubao, Mandaluyong, Pasig



Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls from customers.Assess customer's needs and guide the customer accordingly.Use customer service and critical thinking skills to resolve the customers' issues and ease their concerns.Maintain acceptable call lengths while remaining friendly, informative and helpful.Maintain productivity and quality standards.Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly.Demonstrate timely accurate and professional customer service. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.Demonstrate knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.Reach campaign goalsAll other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

For Candidates with Call Center Experience must be at least high school graduate with 6 months call center experienceFor Candidates without Call Center Experience, they must finish at least two years in collegeWilling to work during night shift with shifting scheduleResponsible for own learning, development and achievementTeam player with strong integrityResourceful and has strong attention to detailStrong command of the English language
