Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent Sales, located in Quezon City. The Customer Service Agent Sales will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to emails and phone calls, processing orders, and assisting with sales support. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to enhance customer experience.
