What You Bring - Qualifications Needed

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud / CPQ, API development, and MuleSoft integrations
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and DevOps deployment methods
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills

What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
• Build and maintain custom objects, validation rules, and data models supporting business processes
• Lead CPQ configuration and implement custom logic to support complex quoting workflows
• Develop and integrate Salesforce with NetSuite, MuleSoft, and external APIs/middleware
• Ensure code quality, perform testing, and apply CI/CD deployment best practices
• Support system security, optimize performance, and maintain scalability
• Collaborate with Admins, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams for coordinated releases and enhancements
• Participate in Steering Committee sessions to plan development roadmap and release cycles
• Monitor KPIs including deployment success rate, system performance, and user adoption
