You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within the office and across all branches, providing hands-on support to staff for hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of support for desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
  • Respond to and resolve technical support requests from office staff in person or via phone
  • Set up and configure workstations, monitors, phones, and other IT equipment for new employees.
  • Manage office network and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, internet).
  • Install and update software, operating systems, and drivers on user devices.
  • Maintain and track IT equipment inventory and ensure devices are in proper working order.
  • Support Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Troubleshoot video conferencing tools and ensure meeting room technology is functional.
  • Set up, maintain, and support POS systems.
  • Enforce IT policies and security procedures, including antivirus, backups, and password management.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to external vendors or service providers when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in an office environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common office applications.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, printers, and AV/conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
  • Experience with POS system setup, maintenance, and user support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional, patient, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
