Job Summary
- Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates up to on-boarding
- Managing daily attendance of employees, process leave and other applications
- Handling payroll and remittance of government-mandated benefits
- Organizing and managing employee training programs and events
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Addressing employee concerns with company
- Provides clerical support to the department
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Willing to work on-site
Company Profile
Goodhouse Industries, Inc. main lines of business include the manufacturing and conversion of filter products for AHU, electronics and semi-conductors, process filters, pollution control and product recovery. The company has also grown into design and installation of clean room facilities, fabric filters and water treatment for the various industries.
