Role Summary

The Business Analyst will support the CFO function with a focus on business-as-usual (BAU) financial operations. This role involves managing checks, processes, and administrative tasks to ensure that all financial services comply with internal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong accounting and process management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day finance and accounting processes, including general accounting, check processing, and administrative tasks.
  • Review and document existing financial workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial and process-related activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams within the CFO function to support ongoing BAU operations.
  • Utilise MS Office tools for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain diligence in checklist-driven tasks and uphold high standards of precision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within finance or accounting functions.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and process orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications.
  • Experience with Power Automate (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and the ability to learn and improve workflows.
