Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 4-6+ years of experience supporting our innovative insurance technology platform. The ideal candidate is skilled in analyzing complex business processes, supporting digital solutions, and collaborating with international clients. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our platform to better serve customers and partner insurers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from internal teams and international client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data utilization within our digital insurance marketplace.
  • Create detailed documentation, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support data mining and analysis efforts to improve proprietary algorithms and customer recommendation systems.
  • Assist during onboarding and team integration to ensure effective collaboration, especially during initial setup.

Qualifications:

  • Filipino with 4-6+ years supporting international clients, preferably in the US or global markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: Php40, Php90,000.00 per month
