Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Accounting or Finance to support the CFO function through accurate checks, process optimization, and administrative oversight. This role is focused on BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities, ensuring that all financial operations, reporting, and compliance tasks are executed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to financial or accounting operations.
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail, with a process-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and continuously seek ways to improve workflows.
  • High level of accuracy and diligence, with a checklist-driven approach to completing tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM or Power Automate is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles, terminology, and financial processes.

You should have a solid foundation in finance or accounting, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient workflows and ensure that all financial operations within the CFO function run seamlessly.
