Business Analyst

We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you'll work closely with different teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive growth. If you're tech-savvy, good at problem-solving, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM) to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
• Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing and other relevant teams to utilize data and information effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
• Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the digital landscape.
• Support teams in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific business goals.
• Provide support to marketing teams in managing digital marketing resources (budget, personnel, tools) effectively to support project implementation and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, and to align efforts with overall business goals.

Who You Are:

• Experienced candidates with 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in the field of e-commerce, marketing, or technology are preferred
• Extremely tech savvy, able to pick up new software and applications quickly
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and project management tools
• With good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies
• Good communication and problem solving skills - analytical, innovative, and has a creative mindset
• Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
