The Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the PT department, leading the fitness team, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

This role focuses on driving Personal Training (PT) sales, managing staff performance, and implementing programs that enhance member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the fitness team, including Personal Trainers and fitness staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase PT sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure high-quality fitness services and programs that improve member satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped fitness environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote fitness programs.
  • Track fitness KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high retention.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fitness management or personal training leadership.
  • Strong ability to sell and close Personal Training packages.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of fitness programs, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in fitness or personal training preferred
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
