The Wellness and Recovery Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall wellness and recovery operations of the organization. This role ensures the highest standards of client care, program effectiveness, and operational excellence within the wellness and recovery department. The Manager will lead a team of licensed Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers, ensuring alignment with best practices in rehabilitation, performance recovery, and wellness innovation.

Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of evidence-based recovery programs, management of staff performance, and integration of advanced technologies and equipment to enhance client outcomes. The role requires a balance of clinical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning to promote a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of licensed Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate wellness and recovery programs tailored to individual and group needs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and professional standards in all recovery procedures.
  • Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and optimization of recovery machines and technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in the fields of wellness, physiotherapy, and recovery science.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate holistic wellness programs that complement fitness and medical initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure continuous professional development of the team.
  • Manage schedules, workflow, and operational efficiency within the recovery department.
  • Monitor client feedback and outcomes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
