Responsibilities of Training Coordinator:
- Logistical Coordination: Schedule training sessions, reserve venues, and coordinate other logistical aspects for effective sessions. Work cross-functionally with various sites to support the end-to-end execution of multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Coordinate instructor-led training sessions, webinar facilitation, and video production for new product/solution launches.
- Employee / Team Lead Communication: Inform employees about training opportunities and promote participation.
- Training Needs Assessment: Work with management to identify skill gaps and training requirements for departments and individuals.
- Tracking and Evaluation: Monitor employee progress, collect feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Provide reporting and analysis on engagement and performance to management and team leads. Monitor, organize, update and drive engagement of our learning management system and eQMS.
- Record Keeping: Maintain training records and ensure that all necessary certifications and licenses are up to date. Maintain current course materials in the LMS and eQMS.
- Program Design and Development: Assist in creating and developing training materials, curricula, and online resources, including web-based training, software simulations, instructor-led sessions, and experiential learning. Support instructional designers and eLearning developers in adhering to best-in-class instructional design processes.
Required Qualifications of a Training Coordinator:
- 1+ years of experience in a training coordination, administrative, or project support role, preferably in a learning & development environment.
- A high-energy self-starter who works well in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support project timelines while communicating issue/status to appropriate stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of successfully supporting teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively and organize project updates appropriately.
- Strong ability to write clear, concise documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- A highly organized individual with strong administrative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eQMS
